This Privacy Policy explains how Hrim Innovation LLP (“Pauz”, “we”, “us” or “our”), the company behind the Pauz relaxation device and the website www.pauz.io (the “Website”), collects, uses, shares and protects your personal data when you visit the Website, request a device, or otherwise interact with us.
We are committed to handling your personal data responsibly and in accordance with applicable Indian law, including the Digital Personal Data Protection Act, 2023 (DPDP Act) and the Information Technology Act, 2000 and the rules made under it.
By using the Website or providing us your information, you acknowledge that you have read and understood this Privacy Policy.
2. The personal data we collect

a) Information you give us — when you fill out our “Request a Pauz Device” form or contact us, we may collect:
Your name
Your designation / job title
Your email address
Your organisation name
Your location
Any other information you choose to include in messages to us (e.g. via email or WhatsApp)
b) Information collected automatically — when you visit the Website, we and our service providers may automatically collect:
Device and browser information (such as browser type, operating system and device identifiers)
IP address and approximate location derived from it
Pages visited, time spent, referring pages and on-site interactions
Cookies and similar technologies (see Section 8)
c) Information from third parties — we may receive limited information about you from advertising and analytics platforms (such as LinkedIn and Google) and from publicly available professional sources, where you have engaged with our ads or content.

If you subscribe to Pauz as, or on behalf of, an organisation, our handling of personal data may also be governed by the terms of your Enterprise Subscription Agreement with us.
5. How we share your personal data
We do not sell your personal data. We may share it with:
Service providers and processors who help us run our business — for example website hosting , analytics, email, customer communication, payment, and delivery/installation partners — who are permitted to use the data only to provide services to us;
Advertising and analytics platforms such as Google and LinkedIn, in connection with measuring and improving our marketing;
Professional advisors such as lawyers, accountants and auditors;
Authorities or other parties where required by law, court order, or to protect our rights, users or the public; and
A successor entity in connection with a merger, acquisition or reorganisation of our business.
